Queer people in sports from the perspective of three professionals. We will be visited by Deputy Head of the Department of the Faculty of Social Studies Iveta Jansová, ice hockey player Aneta Lédlová, and cyclist Štěpán Stloukal. The debate will be hosted by Šárka Strýhalová.

The debate on "Queer people in sports" is a great opportunity to gain awareness about the lives and stories of LGBT+ professional athletes in the Czech Republic. The panel is hosted by Deputy Head of the Department of the Faculty of Social Studies Iveta Jansová. Former hockey player and representative Aneta Ledlova, who contributed to the historic success of the Czech women's hockey team, winning a bronze medal at the Olympic games 2022 in Peking and hockeyball player is also present. The third guest is a professional cyclist Štěpán Stloukal, who is also a student at the Faculty of Sports Studies at Masaryk University. The debate will be beneficial not only for queer athletes but also for coaches, fans, and all those who want to support and understand LGBT+ inclusion in sports. Queer athletes are important representatives of the LGBT+ community and are an inspiration for future generations of people, proving that no one needs to be afraid and that there are people to turn to. The debate will be moderated by Šárka Strýhalová.
